Indonesia’s Government decided Regional Quarantine as the solution to prevent the spread of coronavirus. According to Dr. Bima Arya and Dr. Phil. Hendricus Andy Simarmata, to fight against this pandemic, stakeholders, including Government, Scientists, Urban Planners, etc. should be teaming up and arranging precise regulation. The Government should have a sense of crisis, for example, re-allocated a non-priority budget for handling Covid-19. Social capital activation is also necessary to help those who economically affected by the pandemic. Regional Quarantine should be monitored and evaluated, whether it was adequate to prevent the spread of the virus. Furthermore, a city should have Blueprint, SOP, emergence protocol of the Pandemic Situation. Therefore, a city can be more resilient to face any unpredictable pandemic.
